If u skip breakfast...

Skip breakfast means u really did'nt take anything.....not even a glass of milk/ milo/ tea...etc....u'll get the risk of gastric.....

It's happen to me yesterday.....when i'm arrive to office.....already have the notes on pending jobs urgent to do.....quickly open the computer to email something urgent....after that was  instructed to go for a meeting in Putrajaya....

Eowhhhhh.......rushing2x....didn't have time to eat anything......reach the place n the meeting is on.....up to 1.30 pm....i'm started to have symptom of gastric attack.....huarggggh.....by the time lunch is serve.....can't really swallow anything.....

The time for driving back is suffering.....but Alhamdullillah i can make it....reach home....flatttttt.....took some medicine and bibik massage a bit with minyak kapak......getting better n go straight  to bed....
  

Getting up this morning....bibik packing some fried mee n few sacked of  milos 3 in 1....katanya : 'jgn lupa makan puan......nnt mau pengsan lagi....' :-p .  Oklah bibik.....tqvm.....hujung bulan nih dapat bonus.....Ahahahhah! So far bibik kali ni ok lah.....anak2 pun takde komplem apa2.....nampak ikhlas sayang derang.....yer laaa.....moga2 berkekalan.....pembantu yang baik juga adalah rezeki dari Allah......Alhamdullillah.....

Rasa macam kat sekolah plak ada bekal kan...ahahhahah!  Ok  apa.....kdg2 makanan kat kafetaria  tuh bukannya  best sgt pown..... ;-p

Recovering!!!!

Yesterday i'm back to office. After took one day off ~ taking care of my precious one.....confirm he's infected with chicken pox....a bit nervous there....coz in the house now....only papa & bibik have experiance that fever....my eldest son did'nt get yet.....mama yg dah 30-an neh pon tak kena lagi....huwaaaaa!!!

Namun.....daku tetap tabah menjaga dan mendodoikan anakku nan ituew....budak tak sihat kan byk ragam......kesiannn sgt2.....kdg2 sampai gigil2 dia tahan sakit.....i'm torn!!! Alhamdullillah...after few times seeing Doc...given special medicine for chicken pox and cream to control the fever & reactions....he's recover now.....already have appetite to eat....easily drink milk n water.....start jumping all around (good sign :-D) and tak banyak bintik2 chicken pox yang kuar.....hopefully this is a real recovery stage...coz certain people said if the dots not really came out all yet....it will return again.....but according to the doctor....my son is already recover....hope so.....

Cepatlah sihat yer sayang....semoga segalanya dipermudahkan.....Aminnnn

Assistant on reducing the stress lifestyle...

Mayb due to lifestyle....facing traffic jam to work and after work......critical thinking job tasks....etc.....sometimes i'm facing some stress symptom.....back pain, migraine, hair lost, dry skin...

+ attention demand from my kids at home...even though i have maid....i can't really rest well.....when the brain is tired.....kdg2 nk tido pon tak berapa nk lelap kan... :-)

There is one day....where i can't really walk well and have a bad back pain + migraine. I went to Doctor and she said that my nerve is too tired.....he gave me some multivitamins n medicines to relieve the nerve.....

So.....i'm trying this....and will share about the effectiveness.....since the doctor itself suggest this to me....then i have a bit confident on it.... ~ but still skeptical though...will see how it's works ya!!  :-P 

Chicken Pox....

My heart n soul is suspected to hv chicken pox....at the age of 2 years old....he cant eat n swallow easily.......my heart is torn.....huhuhuhu.... :'-(

KERAT 14!!! Demi Aaron Aziz katanya... ;-)

I hv a friend graduated from Filming Degree in UiTM. Recently dia ada contact i.....nk usha facilities yg PSN ada.....utk filem dia yg latest : KERAT 14!! Pelakon utama ~ Aaron Aziz.....disebabkan haku neh kan terjebak ngn Ombak Rindu....haruslah verangan nk jumpa heronya kan......so i tlg laa arrange kan dgn managemnt.....mintak kebenaran nk shhoting dlm makmal PSN.....utk scene penyiasatan carik bukti DNA katanya!! CSI kah? Hahhaha....layannnzzz......probe pon kitaorang bubuh ala2 nampak macm makmal DNA laa gamaknya... (wp haku dah lama tak follow apa latest gadget DNA extraction bagai...akakkak! maklumlah...makmal PSN yg basic2 aja....)    

Krew shooting tgh adjust angle.....oklah...derang neh semua ikut cakap n peraturan....takdelah main buat suka hati jer....sb pengalaman handle krew shooting dulu.....mcm2 hal.... :-p

Ntah camaner....ada scene nk pakai scientist kan.....ala2 tgh buat research kt lab nk carik evident....akakkakka! Aala2 CSI uolzzz! Haku laa pulak yg kena!! A..aziz punya pasal......sanggup laa kannnn......dapek laaa duwet poket ari tuh....lepas laaa nk makan sea food penuh table..kakakakakak! Layannnn!

Serius oke.....discussion witth e creww....ttg watak CSI yg mak nk bawak nih!! Aahahhahah.... :-D

Tuh dia.....camera rolling sajork....SERIUS buat  experiment kan...akkakkka.....tak kosaaaa!! Layannnnnz....
