Mexican Bun ~

I'm a bread lover ~ masa student dulu.....bila lalu depan Bakery's Cottage.....mmg teruja dgn bau fresh bread.....automatic akan singgah beli.....tehehhe..... now....sejak dah ada  Noxxa Bread Maker....lg laa haku teruja nk wat roti sendiri......bila makan roti panas2 ngn hot tea....pergh!!! Mmg favourite anak2 and Mr. Hubby......terutama yg kecik tu....dia tak berapa suker makan nasi.....so...i make bread as an alternative for him....*sigh*

Sometimes i invite my bff to come over and have a chat while having hot bread ~ fresh from oven.....tis time Dr. Chard drop by....he love it! Teheehhe....seronok tgk derang makan.... :-)

Mexican Bun kali neh i dapat resepi dari Patty's Kitchen

Tp x sempat nk carik cheese cream  and fresh milk..so resepi tuh i ubah sikit.....tak guna filling cheese cream, cuma guna brown sugar je....then fresh milk i ganti Anlene....as least ada low fat milk dalam diet kami sekeluarga.....gtuew.....

Cun jee tersusun, ready to be eaten ~ 

Ready to bake! Agak2 bagi roti tuh rest 10~15 min, letak topping.....kalau rajin, tunggu 45min ~ 1 hour,  lg cantek naiknya....then bakar, 175 degree, 20 min or until it's turn brown...

Then, dia bagi mama neh....2 loves + HB wishes.......ok laaa sayang.....tqvm..... *cantek dimataku... (itu pon nk emo ~ lol!) 

Earlier that day pun having bread for lunch @ Subway......mmg the whole bread day for me! Hiks...

Double Befday nite :-D

Some people ask about ~ "double befday" well...don't get confuse.... i've given birth of my lil Siddiq on my befday....so technically, he is my befday gift on my befday...tehehhe....we shared the same D.O.B! :-D

This is the real celebration, on the befday nite....after class...i'm  thinking of having something western food to eat....and we decided to go to Chili's. Since papa is a meat lover...i think tis is just a rite place....

Happy faces of the double befday boy n  befday mummy.....after all the Chili's staff sang a befday song for us and give the cute cards n delicious cute ice cream cake....tthx dear hubby ~ lov ya!

Lately all the boys prefer papa only....mama x laku...  >_<  isk2x...

Lil Siddiq Pre Befday ~

His real befday is on Sunday ~ 27th May...but the kiddy's trow a befday today......so, it's a pre befday for Lil Siddiq laaa.... :-)   

With d  befday girls yg juga lahir on May... *sweeett!

Sibuk adiknya pon join table......hihihi....

Kali neh teachers decide nk celebrate outside....ala2 picnic katanya.....like it! Sb bdk2 tak terkurung je n b free! Tehhehe..

Hubby tlg nyalakan lilin...Siddiq  yg request  nak  mama & papa  dtg......yer la....last year mama takde......school trip pon dah 2 kali mama x dpt attend......kesian anak mama....kali neh mesti make time for him.......kerja2 juger.....anak penting juga kan.....must balance.... :-)

Lepas 5 kali ulang nyanyi (sbb ada 5 kek nk tiup utk 5 org bdk2  kecik yg sgt heppy).....barulah bo potong kek.....semua tak sabar tuh.....hadoyyyyy.....lawak tgk telatah bdk2 neh semua...... :-D

Ada yg tak sabar....ahahahhah!!! nampak tuh.....dah tenung je....terus  curik2  amik  coklat M&M  kat kek Siddiq.......hihiih....soooo cute!

Siap announce kat kwn2 dia....."inieh  adik  saya......nama dia Ian....Ian! Cepat.....dekat abang".....oooo ~ sayang adik rupanya....Alhamdullilah *sejuk hati i tgk......emo laaa pulak......ahahha! ;-p

Pause moment.....

Sejak anak2 dah makin membesar neh....sushah sungguh nk *pause moment utk picca.....si abang tak abes2 buat naughty face dier....si adik plaks mmg tak berkenan bebenor kalau suruh pandang kamera.....ntah naper....tak pon dia asyik nk berlari memanjang....hadoooy ~ hasilnya manyak laa gambar2 yag tak semenggah.......(picca taken at Bird Park, the one & only snapshot manage to take!) :-p

First time cuppies home made....resepi dari akak masam manis....tak laa secantek dan sesempurna akak masam manis yg mmg vouge sgt hasil tangannya....hihihi....tp at least anak2 suker....ok laa....ptg tu habis sudah....sb siddiq panggil semua kwn2 geng beskal dia....join mkn sekalik....very sweet childhood :-)... suker tgk budak2 membesar....ahemmmmmmmm ~ (hati tenang like *tgk dalam kolam ada bulan... :-p)

Gate-away with Mak Tok ~

Last time balik Kluang, Johor....terpandang iklan besau dkt Kluang Railway Station - Felda Residence Tanjung Leman Resort kat Mersing....Wahhhhh! Dah ada resort baru kah dekat kg ku? Bagusss2x......senang nk lepaks2x.....tak yah travel jauh2.....setiap kali blk Johor nnt....senang nk cuti2 sekali.......tehehhehe....

Dengan gigihnya weols googles tempat ituew......sangat besh adalah ~ discount hebat utk anak2 Felda dan ahli koperasi Felda......ahahahhahah! suker2......sb potongan manyakkkkkk.....hhehheheh......

Mula-mula rasa nk tukar i/c alamat umah skunk.....tp bila alamat lama tuh ada tulis felde la......masa register kt receptionist....terus tak banyak tanya....dpt diskaun kaw2x punyer! Tehhehehehhihih......suker2x......terus tak jadik tukar alamat.....sb resort cenggineh ada kat P.D., Perak, Terengganu & Pahang......ahahha....byk lg boleh g......hihihi.....

Org tanya naper anak felda atau warga felda jer yg dapat harga special? Well....mmg laa.....ingat free gituw2 je? Modal nk bikin ini resorts2 semua kan guna duit koperasi felda.....dan warga felda nih semua pencarum....ahahahah! *actually nothing comes free laaa.....ada investment daaa.....

(ntah betul ke tak aku dengar yg duwet BR1M tuh pon derang paww duit Felda....ye ke? Tak tau laaa.....ish2x.....takbaik tau....mak apak i kerah tenaga banting tulang kerjakan tanah Felda tuh.....tanam kelapa sawit......dulu mcm2 org pelekeh sb hidup kat felda tk glamer....bukan free tau....bulan2 potong duit hasil jualan kelapa sawit tuh....yg harganya kepada peneroka felda di tentukan oleh pemerintah....not totally free cenggituew ajer....nahiiiiii!)

Itu zaman mula2 dulu laa.....zaman org pandang aku.....hek eleh...betul ke budak neh? Anak FELDA? Yer...mmg....apasal? Geli? Tak laa buruk sgt kan....tak laa mongok sgt kan.....duduk sama tinggi....berdiri sama rendah ngn korang kan.....*lebih tinggi kot...sb aku mmg tinggi....(169cm)...ahahahhahaha! Ntah naper derang pelekeh2 warga Felda kan.....padahal kitaorg yg dok dlm felda happy je.....ahahhah....mayb kat kampung i jer kot  laa.....tempat lain tak sama kot..... :-p

Eh....merapu plaks kisah silam.....tehehhhe.....padahalnya nk citer psl gate-away with MakTok kan....

Setelah sampei.....bilik hampir full.....ish2x....nk nangesss.....sib baik buat muka sardin and abang tuh offer bilik Executive Family ~ cukup utk bubuh semua orang......suke2......tq2x....

Sesekali layan breakfast satu big family cenggineh best kan.....kalau kita sorang2  layan breakfast kat hotel.....sengsara! Ahahaha.......

Ada 2 kolam utk bdk2.....heaven laa kan......especially utk bdk hantooo air  mcm neh....

Mentang2 laa swim tuh boleh sambil pejam jeee.....terjun ngn baju2 sekalik.....untung aarr kolam baru......*bang ~ bila nk  ajar i swim sampai pandai? Ngada2 tawwwww.....asyik2 i kena mandi kt tepi...mencik2x....

Budak neh tetiba mama tgk dah lari g kolam budak  yg satu lg......apa yg  dikejarnya?

Konfident terjun2x....*dgn pelampung laa.....siap  bagai2  gayer.....musykil...

Macam ada mission jeeee.........

Ahahahaaa.......kompem........patut laaa.....rajin jer g kolam neh......asyik  g hujung jeee......

Bila mamanya tegur...terus buat aksi pegun...cover laaa tu....
Yer.....anak saya mmg ada sosial skill yg sgt tinggi..... :-D

SCIENCE? <<<<<<<< alien or favorite?

Low interest of student taking science subject have become a treat recently......imagine a country lack with S&T experts?

A study in UAE country's revealed  that most of their university graduates reluctant to further study in science.....as a result, they depends on outsiders for the technical experts such as engineer, doctors, science consultancy and others.....even though some of these country is bless with rich natural resources such as oils and minerals....but they depends on others to harvest n exploit the resources......

There is many factors tht can encourage the youngsters to involve in science....but in order to increase the interest of students taking science subject in schools ~ parents, teachers, and society play an important role.
The environment initiate by the government and culture practice by the society play an important role to nurture the interest.

I have 6 siblings.....i was raise in a beautiful village, surrounded by waterfall and clean rivers.....the nearest schools that offers pure science subjects is at the nearby town.....the journey to the school takes more than 1 hours....i have to wakes up early in the morning just to catch the earliest bus to school...and i always reach school  around  6.30am...yet i never make complain.....

What determine my spirit to take science? What make the 15 years old girl desire to take science? Who influenced her?

Out of my 6 siblings, 5 of us takes pure science subjects in school....my mother is not highly educated and my father is only a farmer.....but what hv cultured in my family is....my mom always told me a story about study science is good.....i'm not sure where she get the message from.....but i remember there is a time where a lot of science students from some universities (late 80's) come to our village and do community service....give us a night workshop or talks....make some science sampling with us and keep on encourage us to study....They keep in touch with us and  we feels like family....(i don't think all of  these graduates have time to demonstrate or joining BERSIH like wht our graduates did today...) They explain to the villagers about the important and interesting facts about studying science...the future of science  for them looks very bright and its makes my mom keep on telling us the good stories everyday.....

Teachers? Hardly remember any of them hv influence me...never mind ~ now 3 of our siblings graduated in science...2 of us still pursuing studies in science...

If more than 10 families in my village have the same pattern and culture of understanding science, imagine how many science graduate can we get in the whole state? I believe the whole country can reach the 60:40 ratio of science students vs. arts students as the government wish by 2020?

The promotion of science mst reach the grass root and the society must undrstand and see the prospect of science...........popularity of career in science must be promoted well......there's should be a clear plan to create a sustained science career tht can attract the interest of our  society.....if not, they will surely choose the easier subjects..... :-p or most of the science graduate will only be either a teachers or a lecturers....if not an engineers or doctors....the prospect of science career must be wider and interesting enough ~

I start to undersnd why our beloved Tun Mahathir wish to have 5 science centres in Malaysia last time ~ "To promote life-long learning of science and technology and inculcate the spirit of innovation to the society"...


Thailand have better ratio of science students compare to us.....even Philipine have 40:60...if i'm not mistaken, now Malaysia only have 20:80 ratio....(not sure if this ratio is better for the last 10 years back)...Japan and Australia around 60:40.... yet, they still worried and hope the ratio is higher...and keep on   doing many things to at least sustained the numbers...

Students in Malaysia have to decide between science or arts at the age of 15 years old.....who do we think is the biggest influence for them to choose? Parents? Friend? Teachers? or just themselves??

Science teaching environment mst be fun and the teachers shld be more friendly!! They shld hv fun too teaching the students with creativity, makes science more realistic.....rather than theories and exams only......Makes experiments!! Its fun!!!! Utilize the laboratory!! 

Teachers mst teaching sc in more interactive ways.....don't make too complicated  ways of teaching....make  things simple to understand.....attract more students to involves....create fun activities....not only concentrate to the thick text books to finish! Huhuhuh......makes science classes looks so torturing....issh2x...kesiannnn....inject arts + science in the class.....so that the science is not tooo Dry!!!  Make it nice to see n nice to learn! :-D
