~ Hidup ini bagai lampu dinding....yg dinyalakan di malam hari....apabila minyak sudah kering.....ia kan pasti padam sendiri.......~ 

Begitulah hidup manusia.....selama hidup di dunia ini....buruk & baik akan ditimbang.....semuanya pasti dapat balasan...selagi manusia masih mengingatkan....

Kadang-kadang......kita didatangkan dengan pelbagai perkara yang tidak disangkakan......apakan daya.....manusia kadangkala terlalu mudah lupa....mungkin sahabat kita....mungkin saudara kita.....mungkin sedarah kita....mungkin kenalan kita.... mungkin jiran tetangga.....mungkin juga sesiapa.....

Namun.......daku maafkan semua.......kerana manusia mudah lupa......dan ~ hidup ini bagai lampu dinding ~

There's so many things that makes me love my mother's house sooooo much.....when we wakes up early in the morning......disambut kabus yang memutih  ~ my mom's house ~ tanah tinggi.......udara nyaaman......burung-burung berkicau......embun membasahi daunan.....arghhhh!! soooo freshhhh........

Cili yang power......nk sambal hijau? Amik je kat ladang tepi umah tuh.......~ ko ada? wakakakkaa......suker2x....

Nothing is meaningful than having all my family members gathering during last EidulAdha......

Bersyukur ke hadrat Ilahi dengan izin dan limpah kurnianya dapat kami berjumpa dan bersua muka.....walau jauh diseberang lautan....walau jauh di selatan......berjumpa jua di Kluang....wakkakakkakaaaa...... ~ kalah A. Samad Said ~

Alhamdulillah.....niat mak untuk buat kenduri kesyukuran telah tertunai......sesungguhnya ibuku terlalu murni hatinya.....terbukti kasihnya sesuci salju, seikhlas hati dan semulia jiwanya......setia mendoakan dan memaafkan......sungguh ibu....kau insan yang terlalu agung.....terlalu tabah dan sabar wp kadangkala sapaanmu tiada jawapan.....kau tetap tersenyum dan ketawa......kerana kasih sayangmu tiada tandingnya.....

Alhamdulliah......bersyukur aku kehadrat Ilahi....kerana memberikan aku rezeki, peluang dan kesempatan untuk melihat dan berjumpa dengan semua ahli keluarga.....dalam keadaan yang sihat....gembira dan bahagia.....dipanjangkan umur untuk berjumpa datuk dan nenek.....diberikan ruang dan peluang melihat semuanya......melakukan segalanya......demi semua yang tercinta....

Leadership Legacy & Challenges........

Pernah tak terpikir caner sesetengah boss tuh......macam organise jeks......tenang n relax bila ade konflik atau masalah.....and always find the best solution to handle a crisis n issues.......

Being a pure sc student, whose working in a lab and handling all the complicated gadget.....i believe that we are always being tought to be honest, hardworking n concentrate.....follow all the steps n method.....if didn't follow...we might get wrong result/ fail/ unvalid figure.....everything must b accurate, consistent n persist! Makanyer....bertapalah kita dalam makmal berjam2...berhari2.......tehehhheh............

But, when we start to work......in a real world.....we find out that.....the challenges is bigger....either we like it or not....we have to works with all the people around......no matter if that person is nice or worse.....we still have to deal with them......coz in a real world....we can't work alone....yet we can't be too nice.......we have to communicate with others....we have to deal with peoples n issues......we have to deal with feelings....anger or happiness.....suddently i feels that we need to learn how to manage people.....how to lead people.....what is leadership all about? How to make a success n working with other people with so many character n attitude? How to make people move? How to make people understand the truth n follow the vision?

Then, i start to read some management book..... : 1. Blue Ocean Strategy 2. Our Iceberg is Melting......but all these book  needs time to digest.....while browsing the internet, i come across a subject : Leadership Legacy & Challenges..........Yes! Mayb this is a good intro......

Together with my boss, we register for a course @ D' Legend Hotel. Together with us are people from UMS, UNIMAS, Ministry of Higher Learning, JKR, Ministry of Rural Development, Petronas, Shell, Law Firm and  private sector. Each n everybody is looking for the leadership skill n approaches. We attentd a series of lectures by experts n form a discussion for some related issues. The 2 days event was so meaningful. Giving a different view of how a leadership should be. If not for the organization, mayb at least for ourself n our family.......

Some points to share (might nt applicable for all, but its all up to us.... ;-) :

1. Some people can just b a managers, not a Leader. Coz a Leader must dealing with people and issues, not only do the works...

2. A Leader must have an essence to change and lead people. 

3. A good Leader lead  followers, but weak leader will lost  the followers.

4. A Leader knows how to communicate and negotiate.

5. A leader must know how to adjust the rules, be flexible but not breaking!

6. A Leader must know how to manage competition inside and outside.

At the end of the session, the speaker said :

- If u want to b success in your life, NEVER EVER forget your family....coz they are our real MENTOR and never giv up on us!

- Don't be a 'STRANGER' to your own family, balance your life

- Anybody who is afraid of failure will  never win!

- A real character of a people will only appeared when under pressure

Conclusion : LEADERSHIP IS ALL ABOUT DEALING WITH PEOPLE......WE JUST HAVE TO LEAD, GUIDE AND BUILD!

Motip nk amik gambar ala2 konvo neh pun aku tak brapa nk paham....hahaha....whtever laaa....but speaker yg rambut ala2 putih tuh dah ade 2 PHD...and tgh otw untuk PHD yang ke-3....phewww!!! But he's really a humble person....even though his knowledge n experiance of life is very well vast....life is all about countinue learning rite.... ;-)
