Angkat hujan....jemuran dah turunnnnnn

Beberapa hari kebelakangan ni......jerebu agak teruk kan...
Area rumah iolz mmg berkabusss je....
Kalau betul kabusss takpe kan....feeling2x overseas...
Tapi ini mata pun pedih2x....huhuhu
Anak2 pun tak berapa sihat dgn cuaca mcm ni....
Kurangkan aktiviti diluar ye... :-)

Almaklumlah......musim jerebu mcm ni tak sesuai utk kanak2x
Derang senang kena asthma etc....
Tambahan pulak skunk ni nyamuk aedes sdg bermaharajalela...
Kemain derang hidup sihat subur kt M'sia ni....
So...elakkan keluar waktu maghrib & balik lewat pagi....
Sb masa ni nyamuk aedes sangat aktif.....dok umah elok2x...

Pg td hujan turun agak lebat....
Alhamdulillah....
Tp pg td mcm gelap je kann wp da lepas Subuh...
Drive pun buka lampu penuh wp da jam 7.20 pagi....
Pernah tak terfikir kalau mmg hari tu mmg matahari tak akan terbit mcm biasa?
Atau dia terbit bertentangan arah???

Justeru....
Hargailah hidup anda...
Hiasi jiwa...
Bersihkan hati & peribadi....
Jangan berhasad dengki...
Buangkan jauh2x rasa iri....
Semoga hidup kita diberkati....
Di dunia & akhirat....

This morning after Solat Subuh....

Open the window & feel the wind blowing ~ so sweet....

Far from here I can see the green trees smiling in a straight row...hihihi...(mati la jiwang pepagi!)

Looking down fr my balcony I saw my *lady finger blooming again (^_^) ~ my heart is singing....

Marilah kita breakfast di pagi yg indah ini sambil feeling2x awesome {^_^}

Pasta with minced beef + tomato cherries + sweet & sour source

Ideas for kiddoes meal (^_^)

I have 2 precious lil boyz....both have diff personalities & preferrence. The older one hv no problem with food....bg apa pun dia bo ngap... (^_^)
But the younger one is a bit choosy & majuk buat mulut itik kt meja makan kalau tak berkenan....

As a mother, of coz I'm concern about him....nasib baik laa dia suka minum susu...
But I must do something to make sure he get all d good nutrition.....
of coz multivimin is one of the option....but mother's hand is the best medicine....(huwekkkkkk! ;-D)
Sometimes, we had fried chicken, but I put together salad, tomato cherries & bluberries....with small drop of olive oil + lemon + a pinch of salt & pepper...

Once a while I made cuppies with natural ingredient in it....mix with carrot + green apples + nutritious nuts & put on top low fat cream cheese.....less sugar

Kg2 i buatkan utk dia choc congo bar with nutty n honey star....
Once a while I put small portion of rice in his plate.....kdg2 dia tak sentuh, kdg2 dia rasa2x je....but at least dia tak tolak or buang nasi tu.....and I akan transfer kat abang dia & kata...."kalau nak lari kuat, kena makan nasi sikit kan bang"...
So, si adik mesti laa nak lari laju kan.....makan juga laa akhirnya nasi tu...wp sikit....
Ok laa....nnt lama2 dia tau laa sedapnya rasa makanan kan....kena banyak bersabar... {^_^}

At first i don't aspect him to touch the vege....
But with lemon sprinkle, salt, olive oil & pepper...
He ate the tomato cherry & salad....
